(Next Generation Partners)Gateley Legal is sought after by large corporates, including several global household names, on the full range of employment law issues, with a niche in advising on the cross-over between employment law and insolvency, which is Andrew Macmillan‘s area of expertise. The former head of employment at Shoosmiths LLP‘s Nottingham office, Helen Burgess joined the team in May 2022, expanding the practice’s offering in collective issues and consultations involving trade unions, c-suite and senior executive exits, TUPE transfers, as well as complex disciplinary and grievance processes. For tribunals and High Court litigation, Chris Kisby is the key contact, and senior associate Helen Webster is recommended for executive terminations and projects.
