Uzair is a Solicitor in our London office, working in both our dispute resolution and employment teams.
In the dispute resolution team, Uzair assists with a number of matters including professional negligence claims, clinical negligence cases, business disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, construction disputes and defamation claims.
In the employment team, Uzair assists with contentious and non-contentious matters, and has gained experience in drafting and advising on employment contracts, settlement agreements, advising on equal pay and discrimination claims, and negotiating exits. He assists with all elements of Employment Tribunal litigation.
Education
Uzair joined Curzon Green in 2018 after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a first-class honours in law. He achieved a Distinction in the LPC in the summer of 2019.
Whilst at University he served as President of the Legal Society and delivered the speech at his graduation. He has experience working for regional, national and in-house firms and has undertaken international placements in Malaysia and Cambodia.
He has also assisted in advising patients at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool.
Leisure
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
