Polly joined our Horsham team in September 2020, where she advises clients on all aspects of family law including financial and children matters, as well as nuptial agreements and cases involving relocation.
A family law specialist, Polly trained and qualified at a City firm with offices in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Hong Kong. She grew up in West Sussex and following university studied for the GDL and LPC in Guildford.
Polly’s extensive experience includes high-value, complex financial matters, particularly in cases involving owner-managed/run businesses and family businesses. She has also worked on cases with an agricultural focus, advising on issues surrounding family farms, intergenerational wealth and assets passed down through families for many years. Polly has dealt with a number of cases in which non-disclosure was an issue, including representing clients in committal proceedings and in the High Court.
