Position

Andrea is the Senior Partner at Boodle Hatfield and a member of the contentious trust and estates team. She specialises in advising individuals, trustees and trust companies in complex, high value disputes both domestically and internationally. Andrea is acutely aware that family relationships are often at stake and she takes that responsibility seriously. She is highly regarded for her ability to engage with clients and other professionals in a sympathetic and constructive manner. If she needs to fight, she will do so but otherwise her focus is always on achieving a mediated settlement. She also works closely with wealthy families on succession planning including wills, trusts and long term tax planning and succession structures.
