Position

Jonathan acts for developers, employers, contractors and sub-contractors. This is predominantly in relation to technically complex construction or engineering disputes. Jonathan is very experienced in all forms of dispute resolution. He has particular recent experience in the energy, transport, waste and water sectors; and in respect of disputes resolved by mediation, adjudication and litigation. Jonathan also advises on non-contentious construction matters, including a contract with London Underground for the upgrade of Tottenham Court Road Station, a framework agreement with the Environment Agency, and a development agreement and construction contract for a new automated warehouse.  Jonathan’s clients include Amey, Asprey Homes, BAM Nuttall, Brookfield Multiplex, Cappagh Browne, Ferdinand Bilstein, Haus Design, Kier, Littlehampton Welding, Otis, Prater, Rackham Construction, Readie Construction, S&T(UK), Schindler, Storm Building and WHEB European Solar.
