Career

Immediately following qualification as a Solicitor Stephen joined a well-known Personal Injury Practice, where he remained for 2 years, specialising in this area.

Stephen joined Pinney Talfourd in 2003 and gained his Solicitor-Advocate qualification that same year. Stephen was made a Partner in 2006.

Stephen is the Head of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department and works tirelessly to secure the best outcome for his clients, who are often vulnerable, and provides them with expert support and guidance.

Stephen holds a current RoSPA Gold Award in motorcycling and also a RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Motorcycling Training.

Education

Stephen qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1995. Thereafter he qualified as a Solicitor in 2000, completing the Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University that year.

Personal

Stephen is a Trustee of the East of England Asbestos Patients Support Group and is active in acting for and supporting victims and families of asbestos related disease.

Stephen is a keen motorcyclist and cyclist, which gives him first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing two wheeled accident victims, including a good understanding of how such accidents occur.
