Henry is a partner in our disputes team.

He has over 15 years of litigation and dispute management experience and was formerly a partner in one of the City’s top litigation firms.

Henry has acted, and acts for, record labels and music publishers, FTSE 100 listed companies, high net worth individuals and family offices, film production companies, media agencies, brand owners and talent (amongst others).  He has also been seconded to a listed retailer and brand licensing business.

He has experience of advising on disputes relating to breach of contract, unfair prejudice, breach of confidence, intellectual property infringement, reputation management and sports regulation (amongst others).
