Position

Jason is a Partner in the Corporate group advising clients across the firm’s key sectors, with a focus on technology, e-commerce and gambling. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and company law matters including M&A, joint ventures, investments and fundraisings, and reorganisations. He is also a member of the firm’s Betting & Gaming group and, in addition to advising on a wide variety of corporate transactions in the sector, he acts for various stakeholders in the online gambling industry on regulatory matters.

Career

Prior to joining Wiggin in 2012, Jason worked at Pinsent Masons where he completed his traineeship in 2008.
