Janice is a Partner in the Real Estate department and leads the Liverpool Real Estate team.
Janice has 38 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of commercial property work for a wide range of clients in both private and public sectors. Janice’s work includes property development schemes, site acquisition and disposals, property finance and secured lending, leases, landlord and tenant and estate management.
Janice also leads the firm’s Real Estate Education team which has seen many years of strong growth in the sector. Other areas of focus are OMB’s and the industrial sector.
