Lake Legal is an established specialist family law practice under the strong leadership of Lyn Ayrton and Claire Glaister. The team advises on all areas of private family law, with a particular focus on medium to high net worth individuals, complex cases involving business and trust assets and cross-jurisdictional issues. The firm also acts in relation to high value pre and post-nuptial agreements and specialises in complex children related cases including cases involving removal of children from and within the jurisdiction and finding of fact hearings.
