Clare is a Partner in our Employment Team. She qualified in 1993 and joined our Essex office after working as a litigator for a City practice.
She has specialised in employment law for 18 years and advises a wide range of employers and senior employees. Clare works closely with the Corporate Team on employment issues arising out of corporate transactions, senior executives’ contracts and exit packages. She regularly advises on complex redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination and other statutory and contractual claims in the Employment Tribunal. Clare also has considerable experience of TUPE.
She is a regular speaker at our employment law seminars and regularly delivers bespoke training to employer clients and their senior managers.
