Recently, she advised L&T Construction in its acquisition of fifty per cent stake in L&T-Ramboll Consulting Engineers Ltd held by Ramboll Denmark, advised the Ikya Group on its acquisition of Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services Private Limited, advised Eurovia Group on its sale of NAPC Limited and related regulatory matters, and assisted Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited in relation to the proposed demerger of the ports division (Katupalli Port) of L&T Shipbuilding Limited.
