I undertake a broad range of corporate finance work for individual and corporate clients with a particular focus on the property sector.  I have considerable experience of UK and cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, strategic investments, public company work and property finance.

Recent work highlights include; the acquisition and financing of Sceptre Court, , representing a family office on the complex and intricate restructuring of its property group, acting for Henry Schein One on the acquisition of NJ Technologies, sale of a property management company and acquisition of several hotels and a golf course.  Also acting for WebMD on the acquisition of MGP Limited.
