Career

Shivi Rastogi is the Founding and Managing Partner of Amicus Services, a
full service law firm with offices in Delhi, Noida and Mumbai.

She have over two decades of diversified legal experience and has been honored with awards and recognitions by international legal listings such as
IBLJ, Asia Law and Legal 500.

While her core area of experience is in corporate debt and structured finance,
in the recent years, she been intensively involved with Amicus’ emerging venture capital and fintech practices. In that role she has worked closely with the fintech verticals of her clients, including DMI Finance Pvt. Limited a leading digital only retail lender. Some of her recent transactions in the Fintech space include acquisition of Appnit Technologies Pvt. Limited, a PPI company by DMI Finance Pvt. Limited, marquee partnerships between DMI and Samsung,

Googlepay and various fintech partners, such as Slice, Unicards, Mobikwik and others, working with Yatra Angel Network, a reputed fintech accelerator and other venture capital on their investments in various fintech companies, such as Canpe Solutions India Private Limited, TartanHQ Solutions Private Limited, GetVantage Tech Private Limited.

In addition to her work as a legal counsel, Shivi also has experience on investment management and was part of the core team which raised and deployed USD 75 Million through an AIM listed fund for investment in distressed assets. Shivi has also undertaken philanthropic initiatives for creating some impact in areas of health and education for women.

She has recently instituted the SMR-StemPowering Women scholarship with IIT- Delhi for promoting women in STEM, something which she believes is essential for ensuring that women receive the skills and knowledge needed to bring them at the forefront of the new economy.
