Position

Jacqui is a partner in the Clinical Negligence Department and conducts cases involving hospital and GP care, misdiagnosis, spinal, orthopaedic, surgical and birth injury cases.

Jacqui has been on the Law Society (SRA) Clinical Negligence Panel since 1998.  As a specialist in this field she has been recognised and has been ranked in the Legal 500 and as key individual in Chambers Legal directory.

Her recent work includes High Court settlements on failure to diagnose cauda equine, wrongful birth claims, failure to diagnose subarachnoid haemorrhage and birth injuries including conducting cases to the Supreme Court.

She is based in Sevenoaks but sees clients nationwide. Clients have described her as caring and supportive whilst pursuing their case with vigour and a focus on achieving the best result.

Career

Trained at Seddons ( London) and qualified in 1992. Specialised in clinical negligence since qualification. Headed clinical negligence teams teams at Hodge Jones and Allen, Fentons and Slater and Gordon. On the specialist SRA Clinical Negligence Panel since 1994. Joined Taylor Rose in 2017 as a Partner.
