As part of the firm’s banking and finance, debt capital markets (DCM) and the structured finance practice, Mithila has worked with a diverse clientele which includes Indian and foreign banks and financial institutions (including NBFCs and HFCs), funds, investors, issuers, arrangers, and companies in the financial sector, on a wide range of financing matters including structured finance, plain vanilla and syndicated rupee term loans, cross border financings, ECB facilities, ODI facilities, acquisition/promoter financing, subscription to non-convertible debt securities (secured, dual recourse/covered, unsecured, and subordinated), transfer of loans/direct assignment and securitisation transactions.
