He has particular expertise in business lease negotiations and renewals, having acted on the management of substantial property portfolios for both landlords and tenants, and has acted as long term adviser to a variety of property investors, working with them to maximise returns with the development of bespoke systems to streamline lettings and a pragmatic and commercial approach to negotiations.

His experience includes the acquisition, pre-letting, refurbishment/redevelopment and investment sale of multiple commercial sites (including negotiated surrenders of existing occupational leases and variations of overage and other restrictive covenants imposed by both local authority and private sector organizations), the conditional sale and purchase of sites for various owner occupiers (including standalone sites and plots within larger developments), and the acquisition, financing, reorganization and asset management of investment property portfolios.
