Within his general corporate practice, which covers the full range of acquisitions, disposals, investments and banking work, Alastair specialises in corporate disputes, forensics and insolvency. Alastair acts for a range of well-established clients including national and international organisations, owner-managed companies, entrepreneurs, funders, shareholder groups and investors. Instructions include sale of a utilities group; project, development and collaboration agreements; consultancy contracts; and high value company disputes/shareholder issues.
