Alastair’s practice covers all aspects of company and contract law as well as public sector, third sector and project work. Within his general corporate practice, which covers the full range of acquisitions, disposals, investments and banking work, Alastair specialises in corporate disputes, forensics and insolvency. Alastair acts for a range of well-established clients including national and international organisations, owner-managed companies, entrepreneurs, funders, shareholder groups and investors.  Instructions include sale of a utilities group; project, development and collaboration agreements; consultancy contracts; and high value company disputes/shareholder issues.
