Victoria Wallace is a Chartered Legal Executive who joined Thompson Smith and Puxon’s residential property team in October 2023, based at the Colchester office. She advises clients on a wide range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build sales and acquisitions, transfers of equity, first registrations and re-financing.

Victoria holds a degree in Religion and Theology from Oxford Brookes University, and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1993. Since then she has worked in legal practice both in regional and City law firms. Her friendly and helpful approach, along with exceptional organisational skills, make her popular with clients and fellow professionals alike.
