Katie, who qualified as a solicitor in 2013, joined TSP as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team in October 2022. Katie is a registered Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist with ACTAPS – The Association of  Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists”

Based in our Colchester office, Katie advises both individual and business clients on a wide range of Civil and Commercial Litigation issues including contractual claims, professional negligence matters, SPA disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has a particular specialism in Contentious Trust and Probate work, providing advice to clients on a broad range of claims including capacity claims, trust disputes, construction claims, undue influence claims and those brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Katie completed her degree at the University of Essex, followed by her Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University. She trained and qualified into Dispute Resolution at another large regional firm and has continued to practice in Essex advising clients nationwide.
