Career

Fiona joined the TSP Agriculture and Commercial Property team in June 2021.  She was named a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association in February 2024.  Fiona undertakes all types of commercial and rural property work including:

• sale and purchase of land and commercial sites (including at auction)
• commercial leases
• agricultural tenancies
• assisting landowners realise the development potential of their property (via option agreements and promotion agreements)
• options and leases for renewable energy schemes (including solar farms)
• wayleaves and easements

She has a background in property litigation so frequently advises on boundary disputes, rights of way and neighbour disputes as well as landlord and tenant disputes (both residential and commercial).

She works closely with Stephen Firmin and Kerry Addison in the Agriculture and Commercial Property Team.

Fiona completed her degree in French with Contemporary European Institutions at the University of Edinburgh before going on to complete her LLM in European Law at the University of Aberdeen and then her LPC at the College of Law.
