In addition to transactional mandates, Rukmini is also a trusted advisor to several technology companies (including fintech, reg tech) on their day to day legal affairs and commercial contracts. Rukmini also acts as external GC for Baldor Technologies Private Limited (IDfy), a global top 100 RegTech company.
