She also intervenes on litigation in connection with corporate matters (share purchase agreements disputes, shareholders’ disputes, liability of management, etc.).

She represents individuals and companies, both national and international, including insurers and their insured particulars or insured entities.

Career

Laure, who was admitted to the Paris Bar Association in 2005, holds a third cycle diploma specialized in Business Law (Dauphine University in Paris). She joined Taylor Wessing in 2004, graduated as Counsel in 2014 and became partner in 2020.

Laure is a certified arbitrator under the aegis of CMAP – Mediation and Arbitration.
