Position

Stefan Turic is a partner and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Taylor Wessing Vienna. He specialises in litigation and has in-depth experience in finance- and restructuring-related litigation as well as litigation with regard to real estate law and law of agency. Stefan regularly advises and represents well-known national and international companies in court and arbitration proceedings and supports the enforcement of or defence against claims in a variety of legal areas. He considers the economic approach as an important part of his counselling and attaches great importance to the evaluation of prospects – and possible costs – of high-risk cases at an early stage.

Career

After his clerkship year in 2006 he became an associate at Ploil Krepp & Partners Attorneys at Law, Vienna. In 2008 he continued his legal career as an associate, since 2011 as a partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners, Vienna. In 2014 he became a partner at Taylor Wessing CEE.
