Career
Louis has been practicing since 1989, he specializes in real estate and litigation. In his over 30 years of practice, Louis has accumulated immense experience representing local and PRC property developers, enterprises and private clients on a variety of real estate related matters.
Louis specializes in urban renewal projects, development of New Territories lands, pre-sale of uncompleted developments in consent and non-consent schemes, partitioning of commercial arcades, leasing of office blocks, commercial arcade and industrial buildings, and estate management issues.
In addition to his real estate experience, Louis also frequently represents local and PRC corporations and private clients on litigious matters involving landed property such as title disputes, adverse possession claims, mortgage enforcement, estate management and tenancy disputes.
Louis has been representing the firm in the respective panels of solicitors’firms of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society.
