Jean-Julien Lemonnier is the partner in charge of the competition practice of Stephenson Harwood in Paris.
He has a broad competition practice. He regularly advises clients involved in investigations concerning alleged anti-competitive practices instigated by the French competition authority and the European Commission, as well as assisting clients involved in EU and multijurisdictional merger control filings.
He also advises on the implementation of compliance programs and on distribution law issues. He has developed an expertise on internal investigations not only in competition law but also beyond, in particular white collar.
He has extensive expertise in the financial sector, ports, luxury goods, consumer products, animal foods, food and beverage, digital and chemical sectors.
Jean-Julien regularly publishes articles and academic papers in the field of competition law. He is also often invited to speak at conferences and trainings.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Jean-Julien was Counsel in the competition practice of an international well-known law firm in Paris.
Jean-Julien speaks French and English and is a member of the Paris Bar.
