While serving as judge for 21 years, Mr. Moon handled a wide range of matters at the Incheon District Court, Southern Branch of Seoul District Court, Changwon District Court, Jinhae Municipal Court of Changwon District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, Seoul High Court (medical, family division), Seoul Western District Court, Gwangju District Court (civil collegiate), Bucheon Branch of Incheon District Court (criminal collegiate and non-litigating family division), Seoul Northern District Court (civil collegiate, medical division).  After retiring from the bench, as an attorney, Mr. Moon has successfully represented clients in diverse labor cases, including ordinary wages, illegal dispatch, severance pay disputes relating to the worker’s status, and disciplinary and dismissal cases.
