Gemma joined Tees in 2022 having previously worked at a medium sized Essex based firm. She is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department and has practiced exclusively in commercial property since qualification in January 2017.
Gemma has experience in dealing with a wide range of transactions including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- All aspects of Landlord & Tenant work and portfolio management
- Secured lending and refinancing, including development and bridging finance acting for both lenders and borrowers
- Land development including conditional contracts, option agreements, exclusivity agreements and overage agreements.
