Partner in the private client and residential property team.

Lucy specialises in residential conveyancing and private client work. She has 15 years’ experience in the sale, purchase and remortgage of residential property including transfers of equity, declarations of trust, equity release and the drafting of new and extended leases.

She also advises on all aspects of non-contentious private client work including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as inheritance tax planning and the Administration of Estates, Trusts and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
