They build excellent working relationships with counsel and use them effectively to enhance their expertise when dealing with specialist areas. They are as comfortable dealing with litigation against much larger firms as they are against their mid-market competitors.

All of the team pays great attention to detail, and the communication within the departments is excellent, which shows they work well as a team. They have provided great information on problem solving when it has come to difficult situations.

Their clarity on billing and compliance have also helped with understanding the legislative process and essential steps to be taken.

Mark Summerfield is a really reassuring presence for clients. He is calm, and helps them all the way through a dispute to achieve the best possible outcome.

Mark Summerfield has played a massive part in guiding myself through a litigation process, especially when it came to deciding even whether to start litigation. He has given me an honest opinion throughout on where this could go and what the fees would be.

Mark Summerfield is a hugely experienced litigator who has seen it all. Constantly focused on how to get clients the outcome they require – whether through litigation or ADR.
