Brian is a Partner in the Commercial Property team and specialises in commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, commercial office leasing and land related property advice.  Brian also has specialist expertise in Retirement Village Law.

Career

Brian has over 30 years of commercial property experience and joined Hesketh Henry as a Partner in 2001.

For the past 21 years Brian has advised high net worth individuals, particularly overseas clients, in the acquisition and funding of investment properties throughout New Zealand and the leasing and management of these investment portfolios.

Brian is also an expert on Retirement Village Law and, since 1986, has provided advice to retirement village operators on all ascpects of the acquisition, funding and legal compliance associated with the development and operation of retirement villages.
