Oliver heads the firm’s International Group and is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial team focusing on M&A, foreign investments and cross border transactions. He has considerable experience in acting for foreign companies acquiring businesses in Australia and advising management of Australian subsidiaries of overseas companies.

Career

Oliver is a seasoned M&A professional who has advised on many cross border deals. Recently Oliver advised private equity owned PharmaLex on their acquisition of Australian based Brandwood CKC, Tata Consumer Products on a divestment of a business unit, Big Ant Studios on their €35m sale to a French based company and Quadlock on its sale to Australian private equity firm Quadrant Private Equity.
