Tracey has more than 20 years’ experience in the energy sector specialising in major LNG, natural gas and energy projects and transactions.
Tracey acts for both Australian and international energy companies, project developers, financial sponsors and traders on acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures and project development transactions across the sector, including upstream oil and gas, LNG import and export facilities and gas storage and transportation infrastructure.
She also advises on energy transition, including renewable energy and decarbonisation projects.

Other additions to the team include Adam Stapledon, James Abbott and Simon Huxley from Allen & Overy in July 2022. Anthony Lepere is a key name to note in corporate and project development work, with an emphasis on complex, cross-border M&A.
