Adam Foreman is a Partner in the Sydney office of Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Adam has acted on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and schemes of arrangement (both friendly and contested), joint ventures and strategic alliances, debt restructurings and equity and debt capital markets offerings.
Adam also has extensive experience advising boards and senior management on governance and compliance issues and in dealing with key regulators including ASIC, ASX, ACMA, FIRB and the Takeovers Panel.
He has worked across a number of industries but has significant market experience and expertise in the media, telecommunications and financial services sectors.
