Mr. Chen has dealt with more than 700 cases including litigation cases, arbitration cases and non-litigation projects, many of which involving large amount in dispute, complex legal relations and great social influence. Mr. Chen has been providing legal service to numerous well-known domestic or foreign financial institutions, multinational corporations, large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises for more than twelve years.

In an arbitration case of investment and share repurchase dispute between a state-owned fund and shareholders of a famous film company, Mr. Chen, representing the fund, established the principle of distinguishing the foreign investors and the domestic investors which had a great influence in the particular capital market, especially for the private equity funds.

In a litigation case of Intellectual property protection, Mr. Chen，Representing a film and television star, Ms. Tian pu-jun, sued the  holder of “animal house” WeChat public account for reputation infringement and finally convinced the judge.

In a case of Criminal litigation, Mr. Chen helped an enterprise’s legal representative, who was accused of bribery, to be immune from criminal punishment.
