Indra is a key figure in ABNR’s labor and employment practice, assisting blue-chip domestic and multinational corporations across the entire spectrum of manpower law, including with employment contracts; the complex rules governing the employment of expatriates in Indonesia; the use of agency/contract labor; termination policies, strategies and their execution; employee benefits and entitlements; and regulatory & compliance issues.

He also often frequently represents employers directly during negotiations with employees and labor unions in relation to industrial disputes and strikes, and proposed terminations.

In contentious manpower matters, he regularly acts for clients at mediation, before the Industrial Relations Court and on appeal in the Supreme Court.

He also plays an instrumental role in compiling ABNR’s annual report to The Littler Mendelson Guide to International Employment and Labor Law, the prestigious guide to manpower law in key jurisdictions around the world.

He is recommended for labour & employment by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and was recently once again named one of Indonesia’s top-100 lawyers by Vantage Asia/Asia Business Law Journal.
