Career
Teng Sen’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions of both publicly listed and private companies. Teng Sen has advised corporates, private equity funds as well as ultra-high net worth individuals. His other areas of practice include advising on general corporate law, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, corporate governance issues as well as listing obligations of listed companies.
Prior to joining Drew & Napier, Teng Sen started his career with the Corporate M&A department in one of the largest law firms in Singapore. Teng Sen was previously seconded to a leading Japanese law firm and has experience as an in-house legal counsel in a leading international bank.
