Position
Zhen Zhao is a senior partner of Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, as well as an arbitrator in several arbitration commissions. Zhen Zhao had worked in a Beijing Intermediate People’s Court for a long time where he served as the judge of Civil and Commercial division. During this period, he adjudicated and participated in almost 1000 cases. Zhen Zhao has represented many domestic and international litigation cases with significant influence, such as the Share disputes between Vanke Co., Ltd and Baoneng Group (Vanke-Baoneng Spat), the first consumer public interest dispute in China filed by China Consumers Association, etc. Zhen Zhao has rich experience in dealing with significant, knotty and sophisticated commercial disputes. For five consecutive years(2019-2023), Zhen Zhao has been awarded by the Legal 500 as the “Leading Individuals” and other awards in dispute resolution area of PRC firms in the Asia-Pacific Ranking.
