Rawat has joined Siam Premier since his graduation from the university. During his employment with Siam Premier, he has experienced in the Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets and become specialist in employment and labour department of the firm. Rawat has been promoted and become Partner since 2010.
Rawat has involved in numerous significant projects i.e. energy, industrial relations, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. His experience also includes litigation, corporate and general commercial matters. His work also extends in updating legislative changes to other lawyers of the firm and to clients.
In addition, Rawat is Head of Lao Premier, a sister law firm of Siam Premier, located in Lao PDR. He therefore gains substantial experience over Laos laws and regulations including relevant authorities for commercial transactions.
