Raymond Yong is a Partner in the Firm’s Regulatory & Compliance Department.
Career
Raymond leads the Firm’s Competition and Antitrust Practice that has been consistenly ranked in the top tiers by various publications.
His practice focus is on antitrust matters involving the Malaysia Competition Commission and other sectoral regulators. These include advising clients on cartel cases and abuse of dominance, and the structuring of M&A, joint-venture and other similar alliances.
He has been recognised as a leading individual by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and by Chambers Asia-Pacific, which noted his “very sound knowledge” and “easy to understand and practical” advice. He has also been recommended by Global Competition Review 100 for antitrust work.
