Position
Sinn E is a Partner in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
Career
Sinn E’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, privatisations and other areas of corporate and commercial law.
She has extensive experience acting for private equity funds, foreign and dosmetic investors, financial institutions and government-linked corporations on high value and complex transactions in various industries. In IFLR1000, Sinn E was noted to be “an excellent M&A lawyer, very commercial and always responsive”.
She has worked on various notable merger and acquisition transactions in Malaysia, including acquisitions or disposals of insurance companies, power plants and manufacturing companies and joint ventures in development of hotels and other commercial and residential properties.
Sinn E joined the Firm in 2014 and has been a Partner since 2015.
