Career

Dhruv has handled diverse assignments in the sphere of Arbitration, Commercial and Banking Disputes and Competition laws in a career spanning over 10 years. Working with the New Delhi Office of Juris Corp, Dhruv is a key member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.

During the last few years, he has been involved in advising on pre-litigation strategies; advising and strategizing on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, advising clients on issues relating to choice of law, choice of jurisdiction and conflict of laws; and advising and representing clients on complex issues in various courts and tribunals including Supreme Court of India.

Dhruv has been responsible for handling and successfully defending Dispute Resolution matters in various fora such as the Supreme Court of India; High Courts and District Courts of various States across India; Debt Recovery Tribunals; Debt Recovery and Appellate Tribunals; National Company Law Tribunals; National Company Law Appellate Tribunals; Competition Commission of India; and Consumer fora including National Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission.
