John is a Partner in our Family team working out of our Spalding Office, but also servicing clients in the Peterborough and Alconbury areas, with many years of experience specialising in Family law.

He has a wide and varied caseload, advising clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce and financial proceedings, children issues, cohabitee disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and injunction proceedings.  John has significant experience in dealing with complex financial remedy cases, including those involving businesses, farms, pensions, non-matrimonial property and family trusts, as well as contested Children Act proceedings.

John is trusted and respected by his clients for his approachable manner and his ability to deliver comprehensive legal advice clearly, efficiently, and in a way clients understand and feel comfortable with.

Recent cases include:

  • Children Act proceedings involving a fact-finding hearings following serious allegations of abuse;
  • Financial Remedy proceedings involving pension assets in excess of £1 million; and,
  • Financial Remedy proceedings involving assets in excess of £1 million, including business assets.
