Position
Partner Jeremy Cunningham is a corporate transactional lawyer focused on delivering commercial solutions to clients. He represents financial institutions, corporations, insurance companies, investor groups and management teams on a variety of transactional matters. This includes: M&A transactions, private equity investment, venture capital investment, joint ventures and strategic alliances, group restructurings and commercial arrangements including outsourcings.
Jeremy has wide-ranging experience of cross-border transactions across the UK and Europe, Asia and the US, with particular expertise in the TMT, financial services, consumer and insurance sectors.
