Bushra joined Prettys in 2022 bringing additional depth and specialist skills to the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

He advises a broad range of companies in the manufacturing and retail sectors on a variety of dispute resolution issues including fraud and asset recovery, cross-border disputes, contractual and regulatory issues and professional negligence. Bushra has niche expertise in advising regulated individuals, including doctors, dentists, nurses, accountants and solicitors on regulatory and disciplinary issues and commercial entities on contractual and compliance matters.
