Career
Jack Duncanson joined Myerson as a Trainee Solicitor in March 2018 and qualified as a Construction Solicitor in March 2020. He is building on previous experience gained from working with Manchester based business law firm Turner Parkinson LLP where he was employed as a Commercial Property Paralegal.
Jack advises clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious construction law issues including drafting and negotiating crane oversailing licences, advising on claims against building contractors for repudiatory breaches of contract, defending breaches of contract claim and negotiating settlements of payment disputes.
Education
Jack graduated from The University of Dundee in 2013 with a 2:1 English Law Degree (LLB(Hons)). In 2014, he went on to study the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Leeds, graduating in 2015 with a Commendation.
