Career

Neil has more than twenty years of experience advising on transactional and procurement arrangements for engineering and development projects.  He advises all parties involved in development projects including developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, funders, purchasers, tenants and occupiers and has advised on a wide range of projects across all sectors including commercial, retail, residential, education, leisure, hotels, student accommodation, energy and industrial.  He also advises on the resolution of disputes including court and adjudication proceedings.

Education

Neil has a first class degree in mechanical engineering from Leeds University and started his career as an engineer before he qualified as a solicitor in 2004 in London.
