Commercial Lease

Skierfe has extensive experience in commercial lease and regularly represents clients in the drafting and negotiation of complex lease agreements, renegotiations, and terminations. By working closely with our clients in development projects, we provide strategic advice regarding restructuring during upcoming renovations and demolitions. Construction

Construction projects are often complex and involve several actors over a long period of time. Skierfe assists in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and phased partnering projects, based on the standard contracts developed for the construction industry. We also regularly provide customized contracts tailored to the clients’ specific businesses, to facilitate the procurement process within their organizations.

Both forward funding and forward commitment transactions and other types of development projects require a good knowledge of construction contracts, the implementation of construction projects, and the establishment of consultant and project management agreements.
