Ke Xin’s practice comprises of a wide range of dispute resolution matters including contractual, commercial and tortious disputes, probate and administration as well as employment matters.
Ke Xin is involved in numerous civil litigation matters comprising of contractual, commercial and tortious disputes such as unlawful interference of business, breach of trust and fiduciary duty, debt recovery and enforcement. As both lead and junior counsel, she has accumulated extensive experience in conducting trial and hearing across all level of the Malaysian courts including the Industrial Court.
She advises and acts for clients ranging from property developers, foreign companies, financial institutions and partnerships. She often advises individuals and corporations on employment matters.

Education
Ke Xin is a 2012 graduate of Cardiff University with an Honours degree in law and later obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2013.
Having chambered with Cheang & Ariff, she was admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2014.
Personal
Beyond the law practice, she enjoys reading and gardening. The latest plant in her collection is the Pithecellobium Confertum, also known as the Everfresh tree.
